Kitchen Garden Csa

Lots of new crops are under cover. And hot peppers from the garden. And I like to talk about it. Now if only I could manage to take better food pics.

Good luck to all of us! I have tons of veggies to lactoferment. Last year we were members of the 2Silos winter meat CSA. Our lettuces are delayed because birds ate the tops two weeks ago.

Sun Gold cherry tomatoes from my garden. Are you to the point yet of deciding whether to keep a few chickens? The garden is in a bit of transition now. He had some beautiful sweet yellow corn. Most summer crops were pulled last weekend.

Keep warm on a rack set in a shallow baking pan in oven. CSA farm was getting ready to pull up 4000 tomato plants because of blight. Herbs are still producing. It was a great experience.
